Return & Exchange PolicyUpdated 5 months ago

All orders placed on Yaysay and all items sold on Yaysay are final sale as of 10/17/2024. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Orders placed on Yaysay prior to 10/17/2024 are subject to our old return policy, which is below.

Returns are accepted if they are returned to our warehouse within 40 days from the date you placed your original order. Returns that are received past this deadline may be accepted at our discretion.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including warranty tags, hangers, hang tags, dust bags, eyewear cases, shoe boxes and gift boxes when applicable. Items must not be worn, washed, altered or damaged.


Apparel, footwear, and accessories (bags, sunglasses, leather goods, jewelry and watches) may be returned unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

Beauty products must be unopened and returned in their original packaging. 

Candles are final sale, unless otherwise specified.  Intimates are final sale. 

To make a return, log in to your Yaysay account, navigate to “My Orders” and start your return. Repackage and label your item with either the prepaid label that we will provide to you or use the QR code to drop it off to the carrier indicated. 


In most cases, your account will be credited within 10 to 14 business days after we’ve received your qualifying return, depending on your bank. 

Should you wish to make an exchange, you can also initiate an exchange from the Orders portal. We will ship your exchange item upon receiving your returned item at our warehouse. 

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment if completed and accepted in line with the policy above. At times, we may offer you the choice to return your items in exchange for Yaysay credit.
