Note: All orders placed on Yaysay and all items sold on Yaysay are final sale as of 10/17/2024. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Orders placed on Yaysay prior to 10/17/2024 are subject to our old return policy.

1.  Start you Returns here. You will need to enter your order number (Hint: it begins with a "Y") and either your email address, shipping zip code, or phone number.
2.  Select the item(s) you’d like to return.
   1. Please note that some items may not be able to be returned together. They will be greyed out as you select your items.
   2. Some items don't qualify for returns, like Final Sale items and orders you placed more than 40 days ago. 
   3. If you purchased a Final Sale item, it will not be listed in your Returnable Items. If you had an issue with a Final Sale item, please review our return policy or reach out to us via email at [email protected]

1. Select your Reason for Return.
2. Download your Return Label. Download and print your return label. Alternatively, you can generate a QR code to show to the Post office instead.
3. Package your Return. Please include only the item(s) listed on your return slip. Be sure to include any included packaging, warranty cards, accessories, etc. in the box. Affix the return label on the outside of the box.
4. Ship your Return. Instructions on how to ship your Return will be included on the label. 
   1. Drop off at a United States Post Office location, USPS drop box or mailbox
   2. If you'd like, you can schedule a pickup from USPS using usps.gov/pickup/
