Note: All orders placed on Yaysay and all items sold on Yaysay are final sale as of 10/17/2024. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Orders placed on Yaysay prior to 10/17/2024 are subject to our old return policy.

You can initiate a return and obtain a shipping label by opening the menu in the top-left corner of your Yaysay app, then selecting “My Orders.” Click on an order and then tap “Start a Return or Exchange.” Once you’ve retrieved your shipping label or QR code you may drop the package at any Post Office location. Visit https://tools.usps.com/find-location.htm to find the nearest USPS location to you.
